Scan the page. Copy the prompt. Run it.

What it is

Every framework in this book ends with a QR code. The code opens that framework’s prompt on your phone, already expanded, with a copy button — so the paper explains the thinking and the screen hands you the tool.

When to use it

The moment a chapter names the decision you are actually facing. Do not read ahead to collect prompts; scan the one you need, run it, and come back for the next when the next problem arrives.

1.1C.A.R.E Prompting
Role: Act as a [EXPERT ROLE e.g. B2B sales coach]. Context: I am [YOUR SITUATION company, stage, industry]. Action: [WHAT YOU WANT e.g. Give me 5 positioning ideas to differentiate in the [MARKET / REGION]]. Expectation: Format as a numbered list. Each point 2–3 lines. Use plain business language. No jargon.
Any phone camera reads it. No app, no account.
How it works

Three moves. Under ten seconds.

The same three every time, for every one of the 108 frameworks. Nothing to set up first.

Point the camera at the code

The one printed at the end of the framework. Your phone’s own camera reads it.

The prompt is already open

That exact framework, expanded, at the top of the screen. The rest of the module waits below it.

Copy, fill the brackets, run it

One tap copies. Paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot and swap in your own situation.

The brackets

Anything in square brackets is yours to replace.

That substitution is the entire reason the answer stops sounding generic. Tap each bracket in the prompt to see it filled in for an example founder — then do the same with yours.

Be specific, not long“A 9-person logistics SaaS in Kochi” beats “my company”. One phrase is enough.
Keep the words outside the bracketsThey are doing work — the role, the format, the tone. Change only what is inside.
Nested brackets fill inside outThe Action line has one: fill [MARKET / REGION] first, then the bracket around it.

Not sure what to put in a bracket? Ask the AI to ask you.

Paste this once at the start of a session. From then on, every framework prompt you paste after it gets interviewed out of you, one bracket at a time, before it runs.

For the rest of this conversation, whenever I paste a prompt that contains text in [SQUARE BRACKETS], do not run it yet. First, ask me one question per bracket, in order, so I can fill each with my real situation. Keep every question to one line. When all brackets are filled, show me the completed prompt once, then run it.

Contact
Move the phone back until the whole square is in frame, and hold it still for a second — most cameras want the code steady, not close. If the page is in shadow, tilt the book toward the light. If it still will not read, every framework has an address you can type: aios.obio.in/m1/01 for framework 1.1, and the module and lesson numbers are on every page.
That is the site doing its job. When a technique changes, the prompt behind the code is rewritten. The screen version is the current one; the printed version is the one that was current at press. Use the screen.
Sign in — email link or Google, no password — and tap the bookmark on any framework. It goes into "My prompts", which follows you across devices. Copying never needs an account; keeping does.
Type the framework’s address into any browser: aios.obio.in/m, then the module number, a slash, and the two-digit lesson number — /m6/03 for framework 6.3. Same page, same copy button.
Nine times out of ten a bracket was left as-is, or filled with something vague. Go back and put a real phrase in each one — company, stage, market, number. If that still misses, paste the bracket-interview helper above first and let the model ask you.

Copying is free. An account keeps them.

Save any prompt to your own list, pick up on another device, and send a colleague a link with your name on it. No card, no trial, no paywall on the prompts themselves.
