Why a framework

A blank chat box knows nothing about your business.

Most people type one sentence, get something generic, and conclude AI is overrated. A framework fixes the input, not the model.

Four layers beat one sentence.

Every prompt states a role, the context, the action and the expected format. That is the difference between “write me a sales email” and output you can actually send.

108 frameworks

One for nearly every recurring decision a founder or manager faces — hiring, pricing, positioning, firing, forecasting.

Any model

Plain language, no tool-specific syntax — the same prompt works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or whatever replaces them next year.

Never stale

The print run is fixed. The prompts on this site get rewritten as technique moves — the QR code always opens the current one.

10 modules

Strategy through self-leadership, in the order a business actually grows — not the order a textbook teaches.

See it working

Pick a decision. There’s a prompt for it.

No sign-up wall, no tour, no explainer video. The prompt, the brackets you fill in, and a copy button. That is the whole experience — repeated 108 times.

1.1C.A.R.E PromptingModule 01
Role: Act as a [EXPERT ROLE — e.g. B2B sales coach]. Context: I am [YOUR SITUATION — company, stage, industry]. Action: [WHAT YOU WANT — e.g. Give me 5 positioning ideas to differentiate in the [MARKET / REGION]]. Expectation: Format as a numbered list. Each point 2–3 lines. Use plain business language. No jargon.
Pairs with 1.2 Context Stack · 1.3 Role Prompting
8.2Pre-Mortem AnalysisModule 08
Act as a Pre-Mortem facilitator. Project or decision: [DESCRIBE WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO DO] Timeline: [HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE] Team involved: [ROLES RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTION] SCENARIO: It is [DATE 12 MONTHS FROM NOW]. This project has failed. Not partially — completely. What happened? Generate 10 specific reasons, ranked by likelihood.
Pairs with 8.1 Decision Matrix · 8.4 Risk Register
4.2SPIN Discovery CallModule 04
Act as a B2B sales coach using SPIN Selling. I am selling: [YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE] Prospect role: [JOB TITLE AND INDUSTRY] Known context: [WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THEM] Generate 3 strong questions for each stage: SITUATION — their current state and setup PROBLEM — the pain they may not have named IMPLICATION — the cost of leaving it alone
Pairs with 4.1 ICP Builder · 4.5 Objection Handling
10.290-Day PlanningModule 10
Act as a 90-day planning coach. My context: [ROLE, BUSINESS STAGE, KEY PRIORITIES] Longer-term vision: [WHERE YOU WANT TO BE IN 12–18 MONTHS] Current blockers: [WHAT IS SLOWING YOU MOST] BREAKTHROUGH GOALS: 3 outcomes that would make this quarter genuinely significant — not just busy.
Pairs with 10.1 Energy Audit · 10.5 Weekly Review
How it works

Three moves. Under ten seconds.

Full guide

Scan the code on the page

Every framework in the book carries its own code. Your phone camera is enough — no app, no login.

The right prompt opens

You land on that exact lesson, already expanded. The rest of the module sits below it if you want more.

Copy, fill the brackets, run it

Paste into whichever AI you use. Replace anything in [SQUARE BRACKETS] with your real situation.

Line art — replace with a photo later

Copying is free. An account keeps them.

Save any prompt to your own list, pick up where you left off on another device, and send a colleague a link that carries your name on it. No card, no trial, no paywall on the prompts themselves.

What you get

Start with one prompt. Run the whole system when you’re ready.

Get the book

Every framework, ready to paste

108 prompts across ten modules, each one written and tested against a real business decision — not generated filler. Open the one you need, fill the brackets, run it.

  • Bracketed placeholders so it fits your industry, not a generic one
  • Every prompt names the frameworks it pairs with next
  • One-tap copy on a phone, straight from a scanned page
  • Free to read and copy — the book explains when to use which

Ten modules that connect to each other

Each framework names the others it pairs with, so one decision leads to the next instead of dead-ending.

One system, the whole team

Hand out copies. Everyone works from the same frameworks, so plans arrive in the same shape.

Updated as the models change

The page behind each QR code gets rewritten. The book on the desk never goes out of date.

The system

Ten modules, front to back.

Read the book in order or jump to the one that’s on fire this week. Each module holds nine to thirteen frameworks.

Who it’s for

Built for the person doing the job, not studying it.

You decide five things a day with nobody to check them against.

The frameworks give you a second opinion in the time it takes to paste a prompt.

  • Pressure-test before you commitModule 02 makes you defend the business model on paper, before the money moves.
  • Decide in an hour, not a weekModule 08 turns a spinning decision into a written comparison you can act on today.
  • The founder problems nobody slidesModule 10 covers the ones you do not raise in a board meeting.

The author

Why this book exists.

Everyone had access to the same AI. Almost nobody was getting anything useful out of it.

I kept watching capable founders and managers open a chat window, type one line, read something generic, and quietly decide the whole thing was hype. The tool was not the problem. The input was. The people getting real value were the ones who already knew how to frame a business question — and that framing was the part nobody was teaching.

So I wrote down the frameworks I use, one per decision, in the order a business actually grows. Then I put a QR code on every one of them, because a framework you cannot reach in three seconds is a framework you will not use. The book is the thinking. This site is the part that keeps up.

I used to open ChatGPT and stare at it. Now I scan the page for whichever decision I am stuck on and the thinking is already structured for me. The pre-mortem one saved us from a launch that was not ready.

The 1-on-1 framework changed how my team reviews go. I run it the night before instead of walking in and improvising, and the conversations are far less awkward for both of us.

I bought four copies for the sales team. What I did not expect was that everyone started sending proposals in the same structure within a fortnight. That consistency was worth more than the prompts.

As a first-time founder the finance module was the one I avoided and needed most. Working through the unit economics prompt was the first time our numbers made sense to me rather than to my accountant.

What sold me was the QR codes. I keep the book on the desk, scan whatever page I am on, and the prompt is on my phone before the meeting starts. No hunting through saved notes.

I teach an entrepreneurship elective and recommended it to my students. They actually use it, which is more than I can say for most books on the reading list.

No. Copying is never gated — a QR code scanned at a desk should work in three seconds, not after a sign-up. An account only adds bookmarking prompts into a personal list and inviting someone else.
Any of them. The prompts are written in plain language with no tool-specific syntax, so they behave the same in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or whatever your company has approved.
Anything in [SQUARE BRACKETS] is yours to replace — your industry, your stage, your actual numbers. That substitution is the whole reason the output stops sounding generic.
The prompt behind each QR code gets rewritten on this site. Your printed copy keeps working because the code points at a page, not at a fixed block of text.
